 | With
its huge trade shows, Las Vegas has become a prolific
marketplace. Trade show exhibitors in all sectors, pay large
sums to bring their wares to Las Vegas where there is a
tremendous potential for sales. |
|
 | At the
same time there are people in all sectors of commerce who have
pirated copyrights, patents and trade marks. There are others,
already caught, who have been ordered by a court to cease
operating in a particular manner or selling a particular
product. There are still others, not yet caught,
who have stolen trade secrets from competitors. |
|
 | This
is an interesting mix. Apparently the lure of huge sales,
during this very narrow window of opportunity, causes
otherwise secretive people take risks of exposure that they
would not otherwise take. We see the pirate openly exhibiting
counterfeit items and claiming them as his own. We see clear
violations of injunctions and we see the holder of the stolen
trade secrets only too willing to discuss the "new
product he has under development". |
|
|
 | That
is where we come in. We take advantage of the three or four
day lapse in security, to obtain the evidence you need to
protect your business - or if you are an attorney, your
client's business. |
|
|
 | We
urge any business person who contemplates this type of
undertaking, to bring his lawyer into the loop. We are
investigators, not lawyers. It is in the best interest of the
client to have his attorney formulate the questions that he
needs answered. Armed with that, we will take care of the
rest. |
|
|
 | We
like to brag about our ability to generate video evidence in
these cases. At the client's request, we will structure our
contract to incorporate a reduced base fee coupled with a
bonus for producing video of the SUBJECT of our investigation. |
