| In 1992,
Alan M. Kaplan, Director of Attorneys' Investigative Consultants,
looked at the way his firm charged for locating missing persons and
asked, "If we are as good as we claim,
why not put our money where are mouths are?"
The firm has since accepted many such
assignments with a written contract which
guarantees to either find the person for a fixed fee or refund every
penny of the clients money!
"It doesn't
matter if we are talking about locating a missing person, providing
legal support in a multi-million dollar lawsuit, "getting the
goods" on an unfaithful spouse or finding a wiretap on some CEO's
phone line, people want results!" says Kaplan, who draws on his 35 years of
experience as a senior government and private sector investigator to
produce those results. |
Deputy
Director, Ruth E. Kaplan, also a state licensed, PI, with 21 years of
experience, agrees. "It makes no
difference if our client is a lawyer, a business executive or a
housewife - or if we solve their problem using a computer,
surveillance, an undercover operation, a debugging sweep or any of the
other techniques at our disposal -- as long as we solve their
problem!"
"Clients want
results, not just investigation - we never confuse the two. The
ability to put it all together so as to yield results, is what we
bring to the table."
"The
first decisions are critical," says
Al Kaplan, "so we have a Nevada Licensed
private investigator on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week "
