Our Guiding Principles

Our Mission is to empower our clients by providing them with the knowledge they need to solve personal, legal and business problems. Beyond that, companies, like people, have standards of  both performance and behavior. After you get past the web site and the recommendations of others -- what can you expect? And, what should you not expect?

Contracts and Rates

For many people cost is the most significant factor in the decision of   whether or not to retain a private investigator. This is a great place to gather the facts you need to help you decide.  While here, you can also examine specimens of our Contingency Contract or our  General  Contract -- or better yet, ask your attorney to look at them on the Internet.   The address of this web site is www.LasVegasPI.com

Adoption Searches

If you are searching for a birth parent or a child you gave up for adoption, click the link on the left to get some free guidance that could save you a fortune in investigative fees. There is currently a very interesting response to a question submitted by a potential searcher, in the section called Kaplan Responds.
Key Personnel We understand that for you as a potential client, solving your problem is the uppermost thing in your mind. The background and credentials of the PI you hire mean nothing if that PI does not produce the results you need. Although we do guarantee results in certain cases, the nature of many investigations makes it impossible to make such guarantees in all instances.  When you can't get a written guarantee, you have to make your selection using other criteria. The best   way to select a PI is through the recommendation of a former client who was pleased with the job the PI did for he or she in a similar type of case. Often, your attorney will be able to help you in this search. If such a recommendation is not available, or even it it is available, insist upon seeing the written credentials of the PI you are considering. If it is not produced in writing, move on to the next candidate. If  it is produced, look at such things as training, experience, types of clients and types of results the PI obtains for his clients. If you don't see what you are looking for ask for it! You can read all about us in the section captioned Key Personnel -- and yes, if you don't see what you are looking for there, don't fail to Contact Us Anytime.

How to Contact Us

Let's face it, the Internet and E-Mail are great, but there are many things that are communicated on the telephone with far greater clarity and speed!  For that reason we invite you to phone us for a FREE consultation with a licensed Private Investigator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Call 702-453-4500

Ask a Question

If you have a question of an investigative nature, please let us see it. We'll send you an answer by E-Mail. It's absolutely free and if your question is one that generates an answer that we think will interest many people, we will publish your question and the answer in the section called Kaplan Responds.   Incidentally, there is some very interesting reading there. If  your question is published, don't expect to see your name published. Unless you specifically ask us to publish your name or E-Mail address, we won't reveal your identity.
PIs We Trust! Rather than risking everything by having "your fingers walk through the Yellow Pages", we invite you to search this page. This is a free service to you and to the elite group of  PIs whose names appear here -- by invitation only. These are the pros we would contact if  we had an investigative assignment in the area they service. These are the PIs We Trust!
